1. Purpose of These Guidelines
“Teravit” is a service where you can not only play games but also freely create World, Skins, and more to share with other Player.
This freedom of creation and interaction is built upon an environment where all Player can enjoy themselves safely.
These guidelines are established to protect the environment so that everyone using Teravit can play, create, and interact with peace of mind.
Additionally, these guidelines are not solely intended to punish Player who commit violations. Their purpose is also to help you understand what to look out for to protect yourself and others online, ensuring you can safely enjoy Teravit.
However, for actions that severely disrupt a safe and secure environment—such as harming other Player, misusing personal information, sexual solicitation, fraud, illicit activities, or impersonating operations staff or other Player—we may take strict measures even for a first offense.
2. Scope of These Guidelines
These guidelines apply to any content created, posted, spoken, published, sold, shared, or displayed by users within Teravit.
The scope mainly includes the following:
- Names such as User Name, World Name, and tags
- Description such as World Description
- Text communication such as Chat and Comment
- Voice communication such as Voice Chat
- Images such as Thumbnail and Icon
- The Appearance of user-created Skins and more
- Creations such as Block, architecture, signboards, Placed Item, and Event contents
- Other items created, posted, or shared by users within Teravit
We review the actual content conveyed to other Player, regardless of where it is displayed.
For example, the same inappropriate language will be subject to moderation whether it is written in Chat, used in a World Name, or expressed using Block.
3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited. Even if an action is not explicitly listed here, we may take measures against content that compromises the safety or peace of mind of other Player, or that the operations team deems inappropriate.
3-1. Actions Related to Personal Information and External Contact
Please do not write, ask for, or publish personal information like the following within Teravit.
- Real name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- School name
- Workplace
- Facial photo
- Images that can identify an individual, such as uniforms or student IDs
- SNS ID
- Your living area or frequently visited places
- Information meant for meeting in person
Publishing personal information within Teravit is prohibited, whether it is your own information or someone else’s.
Additionally, asking other Player for their personal information, or soliciting them to external SNS, calling apps, external sites, external Community, etc., is also prohibited.
3-2. Slander, Harassment, and Bullying
Remarks or actions that harm other Player are prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Abusive language, insults, slurs, and instigation
- Persistent harassment of a specific Player
- Attacking a specific Player in a group
- Actions aimed at exclusion or ostracization
- Remarks or expressions that frighten other Player
- Threatening others by hinting at reporting or Account suspension
- Actions that obstruct the play or creation of other Player
Even if the other person started it, please do not retaliate with insults or harassment. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the report function.
3-3. Discrimination and Hate Speech
Discriminatory expressions based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, illness, age, Appearance, family environment, etc., are prohibited.
This also applies to discriminatory words, symbols, architecture, Skins, and World expressions.
Even words used without fully understanding their meaning can hurt or offend others. Please be very careful about the words and expressions you use.
3-4. Sexual Expressions and Solicitation for Dating
Sexual expressions and actions aimed at meeting people for dating are prohibited within Teravit.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Obscene words and explicit sexual expressions
- World, Skins, Comment, Chat, or Voice Chat containing sexual content
- Architecture, Placed Item, Block expressions, or Event contents suggestive of sexual acts
- Solicitation for the purpose of dating or forming relationships
- Asking for age, gender, facial photos, physical characteristics, place of residence, or contact information
- Attempting to build an intimate relationship by directing others to external SNS or calling apps
Sexual remarks, demands, or solicitations directed at minors are treated as particularly severe violations.
3-5. Expressions Related to Violence, Cruelty, Fear, and Self-Harm
Excessively violent, cruel, or intensely fearful/disgusting content is prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Excessive bloodshed, mutilation, or cruel expressions
- Content that encourages, praises, or promotes violence or crimes
- Content that encourages, incites, or explains methods for self-harm or suicide
- Threatening expressions aimed at harming others
- Serious threats such as bomb threats, death threats, or crime notices
Expressing one’s own pain to someone else is not punishable in itself. However, content that encourages others to self-harm or commit suicide, spreads specific methods, or uses it as a threat is prohibited.
3-6. Trolling and Nuisance Behavior
Actions that obstruct the play, creation, or communication of other Player are prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Spamming in Chat
- Mass posting of meaningless remarks
- Continuous playback of strange noises, loud volumes, music, or recorded audio in Voice Chat
- Obstructing the progress of games or Room
- Blocking entrances/exits or obstructing pathways
- Destroying, tampering with, or interfering with the creations of other Player
- Misuse of the report function, false reporting, or mass reporting
- Contacting the support desk for the purpose of harassment
3-7. Illicit Activities, Illegal Tools, and Bugs Exploitation
Actions that unfairly advance the game or gain rewards/profits through illegitimate means are prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Use of illegal Tools, cheat Tools, or modification Tools
- Illegitimate play using BOTs, Macro, automated controls, etc.
- Tampering with game data, communications, or the client
- Creating, distributing, selling, introducing, or assisting in the installation of illegal Tools
- Intentionally exploiting Bugs
- Illegitimately obtaining Items, Point, Ranking, Reward, or sales profits
- Teaching or spreading illicit methods to other Player
If you find Bugs, please do not exploit them; instead, contact the operations team.
3-8. Fraud, RMT, and Account-Related Issues
Deceiving other Player or trading Account, Items, etc., externally is prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Buying/selling, lending/borrowing, transferring, or exchanging Account
- External monetary transactions for in-game Items, Point, Skins, World, etc.
- Directing users to external payments, external transactions, or external sales
- Scamming others under the guise of “giving,” “trading,” or “duplicating” items
- Unauthorized login, theft, or hijacking of another person’s Account
- Fraudulent use of payments or refunds
3-9. Rights Infringement and Impersonation
Inappropriately using another person’s work or name, or impersonating others or operations staff, is prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Copying and impersonating another person’s World, Skins, works, or designs without permission
- Using another company’s Character, brands, or copyrighted materials without permission for sales or monetization
- Impersonating other Player, streamers, or real people
- Impersonating operations staff, Official affiliates, support representatives, moderators, GMs, etc.
- Pretending to be operations or Official staff to give instructions, issue warnings, announce penalties, demand personal information, request external contact, or demand the transfer of Items/Account from other Player
- Misleading displays regarding Official status, partnerships, certifications, awards, supervision, or permissions
Impersonating operations or Official staff is treated as a severe violation because it poses the risk of causing other Player to take mistaken actions.
3-10. Advertising, Promotion, and Solicitation
Conducting advertising, promotion, or solicitation not authorized by operations within Teravit is prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- Promoting or directing users to external services, external sites, or external Community
- Directing users to external sales, external payments, or external transactions
- Soliciting for religious, political, ideological groups, or commercial services
- Irrelevant promotional Comment or spam posts
- Promoting via QR codes, short URLs, external links, or search word directions
However, this does not apply to Campaign or announcements officially approved, issued, or supervised by the operations team.
3-11. Obstructing Operations and Penalty Evasion
Actions that hinder the review or response by the operations team are prohibited.
Prohibited actions include the following:
- False reporting, mass reporting, or reporting for the purpose of retaliation
- Mass sending, threatening, or harassing the support desk
- Providing false explanations during an investigation
- Destroying evidence or colluding with related parties
- Using sub-Account to evade penalties
- Using an alternative Account while the main Account is Inactive
- Spreading information, inciting, or engaging in group actions to obstruct operational decisions
4. Responses to Confirmed Violations
If an action or content violates the guidelines, the operations team may take the following measures depending on the situation:
- Caution and Warning
- Delete posts, Comment, Description, etc.
- Make World, Skins, or sold items Private
- Change User Name, World Name, Description, tags, etc.
- Temporary restriction of Chat, Comment, Voice Chat, etc.
- Temporary restriction of World publication, Skins sales, or co-creation
- Confiscate or invalidate illegitimately obtained Reward, Point, profits, etc.
- Exclusion from Ranking, Event, Campaign, or reward eligibility
- Temporary suspension of the Account
- Permanent suspension of the Account
- Actions against related Account
- Consultation/reporting to relevant authorities as necessary
For minor violations or actions with little malicious intent, we will encourage improvement through cautions or short-term restrictions.
However, for severe violations, we may take strict measures even for a first offense.
5. Repeated Violations
If violations are repeated, penalties may become stricter.
They will be treated as violations by the same Account even if the location or content of the violation differs.
For example, even if violations occur in different places such as Chat, Voice Chat, World, Skins, or Comment, if multiple violations are confirmed for the same Account, they may be treated as repeated violations.
If no improvement is seen, the Account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
6. Actions Resulting in Strict Measures Even for a First Offense
For actions such as the following, we may take strict measures even for a first offense.
- Publishing another person’s personal information
- Asking for personal information
- Sexual solicitation directed at minors
- Dangerous solicitation to external SNS or calling apps
- Solicitation aiming to meet in person
- Crime notices, death threats, or serious threats
- Creating, distributing, selling, introducing, or assisting in the installation of illegal Tools
- Account theft or hijacking
- Fraud, RMT, or payment fraud
- Impersonating operations or Official staff
- Large-scale trolling, penalty evasion, or misuse of sub-Account
7. Regarding Reporting
If you encounter inappropriate remarks, posts, World, Skins, or nuisance behavior, please do not retaliate or attack the other person. Instead, let the operations team know using the in-game report function.
The operations team will verify the details and take action based on these guidelines.
Making false reports or reporting for the purpose of harassment may result in the reporter themselves being penalized for obstructing operations.
8. To Parents and Guardians
At Teravit, we value creating an environment where younger Player can play with peace of mind.
We focus particularly on confirming issues such as the posting of personal information, solicitation to external SNS or calling apps, sexual solicitation, fraud, and illicit activities.
For minor violations or actions resulting from a lack of literacy, we will respond through cautions, deletions, educational guidance, or short-term feature restrictions to help users learn safe ways to use the service.
On the other hand, for severe actions that threaten the safety of other users, we may take strict measures even for a first offense.

9. Important Notes
- Even if an action is not listed in these guidelines, the operations team may take action if it is deemed inappropriate.
- Response details may change depending on the violation, the scope of its impact, maliciousness, past history, etc.
- The operations team may Delete content, set it to Private, restrict usage, suspend Account, etc., as necessary.
- The contents of these guidelines may be changed depending on the status of the service or operational policies.
- Some exceptions may apply to Official Campaign or announcements permitted by the operations team.
